Our role involved legal review and advisory on the Joint Venture Agreement between ENSHAA and NLC. We also provided guidance on the client’s corporate structure and the contractual implications of their engagement with Arabtech (Pvt.) Ltd as contractor.

Additionally, we represented ENSHAANLC Developments, alongside Munir Malik & Co., in the litigation Arabtech (Pvt.) Ltd vs. ENSHAA-NLC before the Sindh High Court.
